Lost or Stolen Cards
If your MasterCard Debit® card is lost or stolen please report it immediately to CommStar Credit Union by calling 440-365-7342 during business hours. During non-business hours lost or stolen cards may be reported by calling toll-free at 1-800-264-5578.
To report a lost or stolen VISA credit card please call toll free at 1-800-558-3424, 24 hours a day.

My Mobile Money Access
It’s easy to manage your debit account and protect yourself from fraud with My Mobile Money Access. When your financial institution offers the My Mobile Money Access app, you can set up your debit account, and then manage and monitor it wherever you go! Our industry-leading technology enables YOU to control your card access without having to place a call to your financial institution’s customer support. You can set up security measures right from your phone to help you avoid the hassles of account fraud.
Your financial institution will determine which features are available for your specific account but they may include the following:
• Balance inquiry – Quickly check how much money you have in your account to avoid overdrafts.
• Balance transfer – Easily transfer funds between accounts associated with your debit card.
• Remote deposit – Deposit checks to your account right from your phone!
• Ability to turn your card on and off – Misplace your card? Simply turn it off until you find it!
• Control other cards associated with the account – If you have multiple cards, you can set controls for all associated cards.
• Fraud alerts – Receive alerts if a transaction is conducted using your account that is suspected of being fraudulent.
