SnapCash Remote Deposit Capture
Save a trip to deposit your checks with SnapCash! Deposit checks anytime, anywhere using your compatible iOS or Android device! Simply go to SnapCash within the CommStar Mobile App, snap a photo of the front and back of your check, and you’re done! Checks deposited by 11:00 pm EST are typically available the next business day.
Me2U Person-to-Person Payments
Send money to virtually anyone with Me2U person-to-person payments. Available within the CommStar Mobile app, Me2U allows you to send funds using your Debit card to anyone with a mobile phone number or email address. Funds are sent immediately, and recipients can choose to receive the funds on a participating Debit card or via ACH to a checking account, no matter where they bank! It’s Me 247 Online Banking
Manage your accounts online anytime with It’s Me 247 Online Banking. View and manage your accounts online 24/7. Check balances, transfer money, pay loans, apply for a loan, view cleared and cancelled checks, access your Virtual Strongbox, view your eStatements, view transaction history, configure eAlerts, access your virtual loan signing room, adjust automatic deposits, create recurring transfers, jump between your CommStar accounts, view current rates, and more!
Your account information is at your fingertips with Text Banking! Receive transaction alerts, deposit alerts, balance alerts, or view your current balances at any time. You can enroll in Text Banking and configure your alert settings within It’s Me 247 Online Banking.

Stay in-the-know with eAlerts! Get notified of deposits, low balance alerts, or important communications regarding your account with eAlerts. Alerts are sent to your e-mail address and your It’s Me 247 Message Center. You can enroll in eAlerts and configure your alert settings within It’s Me 247 Online Banking.

My Virtual Strongbox- Paperless Receipts and Document Storage
Housed within It’s Me 247 Online Banking, My Virtual Strongbox is a free service for all CommStar members. Receive paperless transaction receipts sent straight to your Strongbox. Plus, enjoy 25MB of free storage, with the ability to upload your own files you want to keep safe. From photos to legal documents, everything is safe and secure in your Virtual Strongbox!
Online Bill Pay
CommStar offers Online Bill Pay to all members enrolled in Online Banking. Set up recurring payments to payees, like utility bills or credit card payments, and even send a check to a person, all from the same convenient dashboard. A2A Account to Account Transfers
Need to transfer to an outside account, or transfer funds in to your CommStar Account? Ask us about setting up A2A! This service allows us to link your CommStar Account to another account at an outside institution, so you can send or receive funds to the account in It’s Me 247 Online Banking. Best of all, it’s free!

Prefer to do your banking over the phone? CU*Talk Telephone Banking lets you manager your accounts with our convenient computer voice response system, from any phone any time. All you need to connect with CU*Talk is a touch-tone phone, your account number, and your personal identification number (obtained from the credit union). My Mobile Money
It’s easy to manage your debit account and protect yourself from fraud with My Mobile Money Access. When your financial institution offers the My Mobile Money Access app, you can set up your debit account, and then manage and monitor it wherever you go! Our industry-leading technology enables YOU to control your card access without having to place a call to your financial institution’s customer support. You can set up security measures right from your phone to help you avoid the hassles of account fraud.
Your financial institution will determine which features are available for your specific account but they may include the following:
• Balance inquiry – Quickly check how much money you have in your account to avoid overdrafts.
• Balance transfer – Easily transfer funds between accounts associated with your debit card.
• Remote deposit – Deposit checks to your account right from your phone!
• Ability to turn your card on and off – Misplace your card? Simply turn it off until you find it!
• Control other cards associated with the account – If you have multiple cards, you can set controls for all associated cards.
• Fraud alerts – Receive alerts if a transaction is conducted using your account that is suspected of being fraudulent.
