Welcome to the home page for the 81st Annual Meeting of CommStar Credit Union! We are pleased to invite all of our members to join us for our Annual Meeting on Tuesday, March 19th, 2019 at the Emerald Event Center in Avon. Enjoy a plated dinner and giveaways, followed by the meeting, to include: Chairman’s Report, Treasurer’s Report, President’s Report, Board of Directors election results, awarding of the Kenneth Hicks Memorial Scholarship, staff recognition awards, and the first annual President’s Award, followed by door prizes and a meet-and-greet table with management staff and Board members. Registration is open to all primary and joint account holders; however, only primary account holders count toward the establishment of quorum. Space for dinner is limited.
We ask everyone attending to please bring a non-perishable food item to contribute to our Harvest for Hunger food drive, supporting Second Harvest Food Bank of North Central Ohio.

REGISTRATION FOR THE DINNER PORTION OF THE MEETING IS NOW CLOSED. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE BY FRIDAY, MARCH 15TH, 2019.
Please support our “paper-less” initiative and RSVP online using the registration form below if you plan to attend both dinner and the formal meeting.
Review the entree choices below and make your selection in the registration form. If you wish to attend the formal meeting but not the dinner portion, you do not need to RSVP but do need to check in upon arrival. Disregard the registration form and please arrive between 7:15-7:25.
All dinners include salad, rolls and butter, and choice of coffee or tea. Cash bar and soft drinks available.
Beef: Roast Country Club Sirloin of Beef with rosemary tomato demi-glace
Chicken: Chicken Piccata- Tender, all natural chicken breast, sautéed with fresh lemon, white wine, capers and mushrooms
Vegetarian: Farfalle Pasta with grilled vegetables and tossed pesto sauce
