How do I RSVP for the in-person event?

Registration is done online at . You can also ask a Member Service Representative to take your registration when inside the lobby.

Do I need to buy a ticket to attend the in-person event?

You do not need to buy a ticket to attend the event, however registration is required. The meeting is free to attend.

What is the deadline to register for the in-person event?

The registration deadline is March 1st, 2022.


Any cancellation or changes to existing registrations must be made by March 1st, 2022. Any late cancellations or no-shows on the day of the event will incur a $10 cancellation fee.

Where can I live stream the meeting from?

You can stream the Annual Meeting from any device that can play video- smart phone, computer, laptop, tablet, etc. Check back for a link to launch the live stream.

Do I need to download software?

There is no need to download software to stream the Annual Meeting. Simply log in, and the meeting will begin to stream.

Do I need a webcam or microphone?

No, you do not need a webcam or a microphone. Guests will not appear in any video, and you will not be required to speak at any time. A comment box is available for you to type and submit questions/comments.

How do I log in?

Follow the link to launch the Virtual Annual Meeting. To log in, enter your member number (account number), and the PIN is the last 4 digits of the primary account holder's Social Security Number. For business accounts, the PIN is the last 4 digits of the EIN. Follow this link to launch the meeting: 

How can I access the Annual Report?

The Annual Report program booklet will be available as a PDF. You will see it available to download once you are logged in to the meeting.

Will there be door prizes this year? How do I enter the raffle?

We will do a virtual drawing to award cash door prizes. After the meeting concludes our team will receive a list of all members who were in attendance, and we will draw random members to receive a "virtual cash envelope" just like at previous Annual Meetings. Prizes will be deposited into winners' accounts by March 19th.
